UGArden is a student-centered teaching and demonstration farm operated out of the University of Georgia in Athens, GA with a mission to teach students how to grow food sustainably. They host a variety of classes, educational tours, hands-on activities, and volunteer opportunities.
While they grow lots of organic fruit and produce, they also have a medicinal herb garden where over 50 herbs are grown, hand-harvested and dried to create hand crafted tea blends, infused herbal oils, salves, and soaps.
Noelle manages the herb garden, and in the spring of 2018 she founded a medicinal herb internship at UGArden for UGA students. The herb interns each semester are featured in many of Noelle’s YouTube videos!
